Zach Johnson captured the BMW Championship with a bogey-free, 6-under-par 32-33=65 in the final round, ending the week at 16-under 268, two strokes clear of runner-up Nick Watney. The win is Johnson's first of 2013 and ends an impressive run that included five top 10s in his last six starts ahead of his trip to Conway Farms. He entered the week 27th in the FedExCup standings and moves to fourth with this victory. So, he'll be one of the five assured of winning the FedExCup with a win in the TOUR Championship. His last lap around Conway Farms included six birdies, splitting 13 (of 14) fairways and gaining nearly three-and-a-half strokes with the putter. For the week, he ranked inside the top 10 in driving accuracy, GIR, strokes gained-putting and putting average.
